Supermodel alert in Budapest!
Gigi Hadid, the 23 years old model was on the catwalk of Victoria’s Secret a few days ago in New York, but she is now in Budapest, at least this is what her Instagram story tells.
She took a photo of Széchenyi Chain Bridge from her hotel room, probably from the window of Gresham Palace, reports 24.hu. While
it is currently unknown why she travelled to the Hungarian capital, we already know that she fell in love with the city.
According to Forbes, Gigi was one of the top 10 models earning the most money in 2017. She has her own collection with Maybelline and Tommy Hilfiger, and she is followed by more than 44 million people on Instagram. She had connections with Hungary earlier: she wore clothes of a Hungarian fashion designer called Szandra Sándor.
She made 9.5 million dollars last year.
Budapest is undoubtedly getting more and more popular among superstars. For example, Jennifer Lawrence was drinking wine almost every day in the city when she was shooting her movie, Red Sparrow here. Jamie Foxx, her spouse was also filming in Hungary, namely Robin Hood: Origins. Arnold Schwarzenegger gave a performance at the Successful People 2014 and he returned this year to film Terminator 6 as well, while Will Smith was shooting the video of the song of the 2018 FIFA World Cup and being here, he climbed up illegally to the top of the Chain Bridge, because he was unable to resist it. Owen Wilson visited the Michelin-starred Borkonyha (Winekitchen) restaurant and he took a photo with the staff as well.
