The Days of Azerbaijani Films continue in Budapest’s Uránia cinema
The Days of Azerbaijani Films, inaugurated on February 18, continue in Budapest’s “Uránia” cinema.
The 5-day event is organized by the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan with the support of the embassy of this country to Hungary.
The Director of “Uránia”, Mr. Elekes Botond, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Human Capacities for the Development of Hungarian Education in the Carpathian Basin, Mr. Zoltán Lőrinczi, the Head of Staff of the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan Fikrat Babayev and the actor Qurban Ismayilov made welcome addresses at the opening ceremony.
The “Pomegranate Orchard” was the first film to have been screened to the audience.
Screenings take place also in the theaters of Pécs and Szeged.
