Bubbles, the first Hungarian self-service laundry line is getting more and more popular
Have you ever had trouble with washing a big blanket or drying clothes at home, which make moving in the room impossible? The creators of Bubbles have all experienced this, so they set up a laundry where you can do your washing simply in a friendly environment. According to szeretlekmagyarorszag.hu, the initiation was an instant hit, they just opened a new place in Kecskemét and soon you’ll find them in all bigger cities.
The initiation was an interesting idea, however, not new: laundries have a great history in the USA. Just think of series like Friends, where people chat while their clothes are being washed or they even get acquainted with new people.
Now you can find self-service laundries in some other European countries as well. Bubbles was the first non-stop self-service laundry in Hungary, established five years ago. It became a countrywide network; they already have laundries in Székesfehérvár and Kecskemét and they plan on reaching even more cities in the future.
For another thing, public services have been dynamically developing in Hungary. Bubbles’ success is also due to the fact that they created a friendly environment so that you can feel like you’re in a coffee shop.
The company is now five years old and is getting more and more successful – they plan on opening more laundries in the next years. Ferenc Karvalits, onetime vice-president of the Hungarian National Bank and the strategic manager of the Wallis Asset Management, thinks that Bubbles is a promising enterprise, so he started supporting the company, which plans on opening 50 laundries in the countryside with the involvement of 20-25 Franchise Partners.
