The Iraqi man, who illegally arrived in Hungary in 2012, has previously attacked official person, so he was in the lockup of the Airport Police Administration since the beginning of the year. This time he attacked the policeman accompanying him when he returned his cell. He started breaking, crushing, the TEK (Counterterrorism Center) stopped him, origo.hu said.
He had problems with the authorities
Since then, authorities take several legal actions against him, because he committed violence against public official in the guarded shelter, and he also attacked policemen carrying him out. The man had already been expelled from the country at the end of 2012, but he reappeared in Hungary in the autumn of 2013.
He was detained in the lockup of the Airport Police Administration since the beginning of the year, because other procedures were initiated against him for violence against public officials and vandalism. The detained immigrant attacked the policeman, who was accompanying him, when he was escorted back to his cell.
He pushed back the uniformed man and then he started raging in his cell, broke the window and smashed the furniture. Since he seemed dangerous for himself and others, the police asked the deployment of TEK.
The counter terrorists discharged the man then handed him over the police. The man was not injured.
