Hungarian manufacture delivers handmade tiles to BBC headquarters
The Pataki Tiles handmade tile manufacture delivered several thousand hand-painted tiles to the headquarters of the BBC. The Hungarian company shared the news on their Facebook, szeretlekmagyarorszag.hu writes.
Pataki Tiles, a handmade terracotta tile manufacture from Újszentiván, was founded by Mátyás Pataki and his team in 2004, with the aim of reviving a long-forgotten ceramics technique to create high-quality artistic architectural ceramic tiles.
According to patakitiles.com, the manufacture produces both indoor and outdoor tiles, which can be used both on the floor and as a backsplash. The manufacture has also worked on several renovation projects of period houses in the UK.
