Hungary, South Korea sign scholarship agreement
Budapest (MTI) – Hungarian human resources minister Zoltan Balog and Hwang Woo-yea, deputy prime minister of the Republic of Korea, have signed an agreement to ensure education for South Korean students in Hungary, the ministry told MTI on Friday.
Under the agreement, Hungary has offered annual scholarships to 100 South Korean students during the 2015-2017 period.
The scholarship holders will study business management, economics, natural sciences, engineering, agronomy, information technology, tourism, sports and music.
Balog was member of the delegation that visited South Korea under the leadership of Prime Minister Viktor Orban earlier this week.
