Question; how many of the legislation and decrees actually are directly linked to the stated “emergency” or “crisis”?
Could not possibly have to do to avoid parliamentary scrutiny and discourse… Power is proving addictive – 10 more years! And many emergencies and crises to come. There are elections to win and fear to sow.
