Police uncover new stash of weapons – VIDEO
Budapest, December 9 (MTI) – Police in north-eastern Hungary have uncovered a stash of weapons that also included telescopic sights, silencers and ammunition.
Police in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County said in a statement on Friday that the cache was seized form a house in the village of Magy, near NyÃregyháza.
On Wednesday, detectives carried out a house search “on the basis of preliminary criminal information”, and various weapons were found. A 57-year-old woman, the house’s owner, and a 30-year-old man are being questioned by police, the statement said.
