Author of varosban.blog.hu visited a new Russian restaurant, which is called Arbat. First, he ordered solyanka, which is like the Hungarian Goulash, but he could not list the ingredients. The dish is lighter than the Hungarian one, but on the top there is a thick fat-layer.

After that, the blogger tried selyonka, a herring-made meal with oil and onion. He said it was the best fish food he had ever eaten. The third one was pelmani, which is a pasta stuffed with meat (that was lamb). There is sour cream on the top and butter below. He found it quite excellent, but he prefered selyonka.

The restaurant is located in István street 20 and is open from 8:30 to 20:30, from Monday to Sunday. Varosban.blog recommends this place, if you would like to try good Russian food, which is relatively cheap, but the foods are delicious. Arbat is definitely worth to try.
