Top, supreme court heads hold talks with ECJ president
Tamás Sulyok, head of the Constitutional Court, and Péter Darák, head of the Kúria, Hungary’s supreme court, held talks with u flag, the Kuria and the Constitutional Court said in a joint statement on Monday.Â
Addressing a roundtable discussion, Lenaerts said European Union member states should not consider EU law as foreign law, arguing that it functions as a part of their national legal systems.
“Koen Lenaerts is of the view that intensive dialogue between national judicial bodies and the EU’s judicial institutions is vital in order for us to walk a common path,” the statement saiThe EJC president also talked about the need to create balance between free competition and consumers’ rights.
