VIDEO of a man being robbed on a Budapest tram
A man was pickpocketed on tram 6 in Budapest last year. The crime took place on 13 June at around 2.15 PM. The police have now released a video of the alleged perpetrator.
According to the Budapest Police Headquarters (BRFK), the perpetrator stole the backpack of a passenger sleeping on the tram in Budapest. In the backpack of the man was his documents, money and bank card.
Police are asking anyone who recognises the man in the video, has any information about his identity, whereabouts or the crime to call the 24-hour hotline 06-80-555-111 (+36-80-555-111) or the toll-free emergency number 112, while remaining anonymous.
