Finnish Santa lands in Budapest
Budapest (MTI) – Joulupukki, the Finnish Santa Claus, landed at Budapest’s international airport and was greated by dozens of children on Monday.
During his week-long visit, the Laplandic guest will visit large cities and small villages in Hungary, and meet children at schools, kindergartens and orphanages, the Finnish Cultural Institute told MTI.
On December 6, Joulupukki will meet Budapest children at the MOM Sport centre, after visiting Salgotarjan, Veszprem, Gyor and Ajka in the provinces.
