A Hungarian prostitute travelled back to Budapest with her dead boyfriend’s chopped-up body in her luggage.

Something must really be making the world go crazy these days. Some terrible news circled around in the media in the past years. Just a few days ago, we reported on a Hungarian middle-aged couple keeping a 71-year-old French lady locked up for one and a half years in a tiny, cold hut. Today, we bring you an equally horrifying story that, contrary to the French lady’s case, did not end on a happy note.

A woman from Jászladány had been living in Vienna since autumn 2017, together with her Hungarian boyfriend. After they broke up, she tried to make a living from prostitution. That is when she met a man from Tunisia who offered her to live together and get married, writes borsonline.hu.

However, the relationship deteriorated very quickly due to the possessive nature of the man, so the woman decided to reinstate her relationship with her previous, Hungarian boyfriend.

As she was afraid of the Tunisian man and his friends, she decided to kill him.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office’s report, the man arrived home at dawn on 24 February 2019 from a party, under the influence of drugs. She grabbed a penknife with a 12-14cm blade and first stabbed him on the neck, then several times all over his body while they were fighting, and finally, she slit his throat, leading to the man’s death.

She took his money, chopped up his body, and hid the parts in several suitcases with which she then travelled to Budapest to get rid of the remains by pouring hydrochloric acid on it.

The Courthouse of Szolnok, agreeing with the proposition of the Prosecutor, upheld the detention of the defendant until the trial court makes a decision. The defendant and her lawyer asked for an appeal.

The Superior Court of Szeged states that the trial court made the right decision to uphold the arrest of the woman previously living abroad since she had no regular income to cover her costs of living and, if she were to be released, she would probably escape and hide. It asked for the approval of the Courthouse of Szolnok in the matter.

The Court of Appeal of Szeged is to decide on the appeal on a second degree.

Not what my suitcase is waiting to be used for. ///
Horrific story but would appear the individual who committed this ghastly crime, will not be in need of using a suitcase for an extended period of years.
