Mrs. Baker Has Been Making Hungarian Bread for more than Half a Century
Alfonzné Samu’s hobby is her job. She has been baking tradicional bread in Heréd(Heves county) for more than half a century, szeretlekmagyarorszag.hu reports.
Alfonzné Samu or, as she is called by her customers, Mrs. Ella is reputed as a respectable person, not only in Heréd, but also in the neighbourhood. This year, it is 50 years since her job became her biggest hobby.
(Heréd is at the western edge of Heves county, it’s only about 6 kilometers from Hatvan.)
Mrs. Ella’s profession is an heirloom. She bakes bread with traditional method, with simple ingredients and no artificial additives.
